Mr. Pal received his graduate degree in Physics from St. Xaviers College, Calcutta and post graduate degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM) under Calcutta University. Having served the soil and water management specialists in India since 1987. Mr. Pal could gain in-depth knowledge of soil physics and experience in the marketing of equipment related to agricultural and environmental soil and water management studies.
